3. Service Charges
Service charges depend on the appliance, problem, labour involved and spare parts required. Any additional repair or spare-part charges will be communicated to the customer before proceeding, wherever reasonably possible.
4. Spare Parts
Spare parts may be charged separately. Availability of parts depends on the appliance model and supplier availability.
5. Warranty
Where a warranty is provided, it applies only to the specific repair or replacement mentioned on the service invoice/receipt. It does not cover new faults, physical damage, misuse, electrical/voltage issues or unauthorized repairs.
6. No Refund Policy
All payments made for completed services, labour charges and supplied spare parts are non-refundable.
Once a spare part has been ordered or a service has been completed, the amount paid will not be refunded.
Any exception, if applicable, will be entirely at the discretion of Winwalk Enterprises.
7. Customer Responsibility
Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the appliance and disclose any known issues or safety concerns.
8. Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate. Service availability, prices, service areas and other information may change without prior notice.
